Since birth records are restricted by law for 100 years, you need to mail in the appropriate documentation with the completed Certified Birth Certificate Mail-in Order Form.

Birth Records 1925 and After
Birth Records after 1924 are not at the Maryland State Archives and are only available from the Maryland Division of Vital Records (see address located at the top of this page).
